Chur, the location was sweet as and the room clean, but the shower was small and hard to get comfy in. Breakfast could've been better too.

Staff was very courteous and helpul. Room was pleasant, clean and quiet.

Functional and spotless rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Favourable location in the really QUIET area, with a tram station close to the hotel.

Room heating blasted non-stop, keeping the space uncomfortably hot. A clogged shower drain. Breakfast ended early at 9:30, even on weekends. Also noted were loud guests frequently, typical at this price point.

A very limited number of tv programms (ca. Three) and the renting of the room contract in Russian only. I didn't understand what I was signing....

You can ask anyone for help and you will be surprised because everyone will help you with great pleasure. You can have a rest and enjoy yourself. The hotel is situated in a perfect region not far from the city center. There are a lot of small shops around, so you can enjoy buying unusual things. I really liked communicating with people here and I will come here with great pleasure again.

easy access to amazing landmarks and parks for city strolls

It's situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood, just a short walk away, and I enjoyed quick strolls to local cafes around the area.

I appreciated the location, particularly the short walk to St Vitus Cathedral and other attractions. The room, although a bit dated, was clean and had its own charm that added to the classic vibe of the area.
